A $300 non-refundable cleaning fee is required in advance to hold your reservation.

To adhere to the new Hawaii vacation rental laws, there is a caretaker who lives in a completely separate apartment with separate driveway, on the side of the house. The caretaker does not use Lighthouse pool or facilities.
